  • You can sign up free of charge by filling out the membership form at the ‘’Sign Up / Log in” section at the top right of our website, and you can start shopping quickly and securely.

  • You need to be a member in order to be informed about the status of your orders, to be informed about the campaigns and to benefit from the campaigns and advantages offered to you.

  • You can visit our website www.atelierrebul.com.tr without being a member and you can complete your shopping with a guest entry without being a member. In this case, only information on your shopping status will be given to your contact information. Atelier Rebul will not use your personal data for advertising and promotional information.

  • After logging in with your user name and password, you can update your membership information in the My Account” section.

  • When you have forgotten your password, click the ‘’Forgot Password” link in the login section and enter the e-mail address you specified when you signed up in the box on the incoming page. You can easily create a new password with the link sent to your e-mail address for changing the password.

  • Once you have identified your products during your first order, you can complete your order by completing your Member Information in the Invoice & Delivery option, or you can first fill in your membership information from the Sign Up Option and start your shopping.

  • When your order is approved, information e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account registered in the system. You can also log in to the Atelier Rebul online website and follow the details of your order in the ‘’My Account” section.

  • Registered users have the opportunity to check their orders and status. To do this, you can check it on the My Account> My Orders page.


    When your order is shipped, an e-mail containing the "Shipping Code" will be sent to your email address.

  • No changes can be made within the order. If your order is not delivered to the cargo, it can be cancelled completely. You can return the products in the order delivered to us.

  • For returns and exchanges, you must first contact customer service by mail or phone. The necessary guidance will be made by our customer service.


    Unopened and unused products can be exchanged with different products of the same amount, or returned with original invoice within 30 days if found acceptable.

  • You can track the delivery process with your shipping tracking number, which has been forwarded to you from the Query Shipment area at ups.com. In addition, if you have shared your mobile phone information with us, the cargo company will inform you via sms.

  • The products you bought from atelierrebul.com.tr are delivered to you by UPS Cargo.

  • The shipping fee for the orders under 150 TL is 7,90 TL, while for the orders above 150 TL is free all over Turkey.

  • When you reach the Payment Option page from the Shopping Cart page, you can choose to pay by “Pay by Credit Card” or “Pay by Wire Transfer” option.

  • You can shop at www.atelierrebul.com.tr with your credit card and ATM / debit card. In SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, no one can view and access your credit card number except you. As soon as you enter your credit card number, the information of your number is encrypted and sent to your bank. It is not possible for third parties, including our Company, to view or access your information. Your card information is only between you and your bank.

  • When the Transfer button is clicked on the Payment Option Page, we send the account information details that you can transfer to your e-mail address registered in our system. Your order will be confirmed after the transfer to the relevant account.


    Orders not paid within 3 business days are cancelled.


  • When you click the “Gift Package” option on the Shopping Cart page to prepare the product or products in your basket as a gift, your products will be delivered in the form of a gift package.

  • 1. Go to the Cart page


    2. Enter the code of your Discount coupon in the “Promotional Code” at the bottom of your cart.


    3. Check that your promotional code is reflected in the amount in your cart.


    If your purchase amount is below the relevant promotional set condition, you must complete your purchase for that amount.


    • If you want to be informed about promotional sets, newsletters or other advantages, you can forward your e-mail address via E-Newsletter Registration option.

  • We do not have any overseas deliveries.

  • If there is no stock warning in the related product, you can click notify me when you are in stock, you can be notified as soon as the product enters the stock.
